307 Catering offers a broad range of services including personal chef services while you’re in town which may include breakfasts and lunches, BBQ’s, meal plans or make-ahead meals, elegant plated multi-coursed dinners, and even wine cellar management to help you organize your cellar.

Unlike many caterers and personal chefs, we realize that every function is different and it’s important that your function be as individualized as possible.

My goal is to bring the best aspects of your favorite restaurant experiences to you in your home.

My 25+ years of experience in the foodservice industry has taught me one thing, if nothing else, and that is to cook like it’s your last meal. I want to know about what you love to eat and drink…I want to know what your favorite restaurant memories are…and then I want to re-create them right in your own home.
