Chef Tim Cabradilla

Chef Tim Cabradilla has been treating Jackson Hole to his distinctive and innovative cooking skills since 1995.

Chef Tim was born and raised in northern California and has worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry since 1984.  He graduated from the prestigious California Culinary Academy in 1997.  In 2001 Chef Tim gained certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.

Chef Tim’s work here and abroad include  The Crescent H Ranch, Spring Creek Ranch, and The Rusty Parrot (all as Executive Chef), Jenny Lake Lodge, The Hilton Waikoloa Village (HI),  and numerous northern California establishments as a working chef.  In addition, he has staged at Chez Panisse (Berkeley, CA), and Cowgirl Creamery (Petaluma, CA).

Chef Tim’s food philosophy centers around consistency and simple food, utilizing the best ingredients one can reasonably afford, and letting those ingredients speak for themselves.
